About
Meet Beth Day
IN YOUR HEALING JOURNEY
I am a trauma-informed therapist, wife, mother, pet lover, writer at heart, and a lover of music, nature, sunshine, and activities outdoors. I’ve launched my second career as a therapist following an incredible transformation, a healing therapeutic journey in my own life, and a calling into the profession that has always held a place in my heart.
Through my own therapeutic journey, I’ve learned the immense value of having a safe place to share your story, to be welcomed with warmth, compassion, non-judgement, and a caring heart - by a trained and professional therapist. This is exactly what I provide my clients as well.
Career Successes
MY PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
With great success, I’ve completed my first career of over twenty years, where I had the privilege of working as a business partner with top notch CEO’s, Chief Executives, and C-Suite Leaders - across an array of diverse sectors, from emerging fintech startups to multinational corporations with staff exceeding 12,000. In that time, I leveraged lessons of organizational psychology, leadership psychology, and served as an executive & leadership support, manager, coach, and business partner.
My second career was launched from a calling into the field, with a passion that has always held my heart: psychotherapy. My pursuit was also shaped by my own personal transformational story. In following that calling, I've become an avid advocate for the transformative power of therapeutic interventions.

At the core of my heart
MY PASSION
At the core of my heart, is a passion & strong desire is to support & help others who have been scarred by trauma, struggle with anxiety or PTSD, or may have paradoxical stories – of love with: heartbreak, loss, dysfunction, or brokenness in their lives.
Additionally, I strive to help clients change unhealthy behaviors, thoughts, communication patterns, addictions, or coping skills – that were learned as a means of survival at one point, but eventually, are no longer are beneficial in one’s life.
I believe in rewriting narratives, instilling, and nurturing healthier habits that promote a successful future, and that true change, peace, and happiness are within reach.
My passion is to bring hope to those seeking help, by teaching therapeutic skills, tools, and awareness through new insights, interventions and techniques that support lasting change.
Religious Worldview
FAITH
-
I hold a Christian worldview.
-
However, it's important to note that those beliefs do not enter the therapeutic relationship unless clients request it.
-
These are ethical standards that are adhered to and very important to me.
-
I see clients of all levels of faiths and beliefs.
-
That said, some clients want to know if I share their faith and values.
