INSURANCE

I am currently out of network with insurance companies. Depending on what your specific plan reimburses for out of network therapy appointments - will determine how much is covered. Many clients have up to 80% covered by their plan for out of network reimbursement. Please call your insurance company to inquire/confirm the details of your plan and reimbursements.

If your insurance plan provides "Out of Network" benefits, I can issue a "superbill" for you to claim a reimbursement from your insurance provider.

KEY QUESTIONS TO ASK YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER

  • Are mental health benefits included in my health insurance plan?

  • What amount will be reimbursed for an "outpatient psychotherapy visit with an out-of-network provider"?

  • Has my deductible been met for the year yet?
